Pırasa Sarma Malzemeler 1/2 kilogram pırasa 150 gram kıyma 1 su bardağı pirinç 1 adet soğan 2 tatlı kaşığı domates salçası 4 yemek kaşığı zeytinyağı 1 çay kaşığı pul biber 1/2 çay kaşığı karabiber 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz 1/2 adet limon Pırasaları eşit şekilde kesiyoruz ve kaynar suda 14-15 dk kaynatıyoruz. Kaynadıktan sonra buzlu suya alıp bekletiyoruz. İç harcı için soğan ve maydonozu doğrayıp bir kaba alıyoruz. Üzerine suda beklettiğimiz pirinci, salçayı, kıymayı, yağı ve baharatları ilave edip yoğuruyoruz. Buzlu suda beklettiğimiz pıraların zarlarını alıyoruz. Pırasaların içini harçla doldurup sarıyoruz ve iki ucunu una buluyoruz. Üzerinede salçalı sosu ve tereyağını ilave ediyoruz ve bir tabak kapatarak 250 derece ısıtılmış fırına veriyoruz. Ortalama 1 buçuk 2 saat arası pişiyoruz. Bir süre sonra tabağı çıkarmayı unutmayın :) Deneyen herkese şimdiden afiyet olsun. :) #tahsinküçük #ramazantarifleri #pırasasarma
