Faizin işleyiş biçimi hayatımızın her alanını derinden etkiliyor. Ekonominin denge mekanizması olan faizin, üst sınıf ve halk tarafından kullanım farklarından kaynaklanan getirisinin gerçek hayata yansımaları pek de gerçekçi değil. Borçlanmanın ve borç vermenin matematiksel karşılığını gerçek veriler ile özetledim. Ayrıca Mevduat ve Tahvil gibi faizlerin reel getirilerini ele aldım.
